This policy is issued for the full value of the work, or the total contract amount. Cover damage that could suffer during the construction period by any accidental cause, including sudden and unexpected loss or damage caused by riot, strike, civil commotion, earthquake, hurricane and flood, also provides expanded coverage of maintenance and the risk of debris removal.

This policy would also extend to cover liability for any damage caused to construction product you other properties, namely "Existing Properties".
